Marco Bargagna

Marco Bargagna obtained his Master Degree in Chemical Engineering in 2005 at the University of Pisa (Italy).

After a brief working experience in Dublin (Ireland), in 2006 he joined ALTA, a service-provider company specialized in developing and managing scientific research projects. Following a specialized training in scientific research projects’ writing and managing, Marco is currently Grants Manager, with expertise in the following areas:

• Technical editing of national and European grant proposals: coordination of the proposals, project budget preparation, and proposal submission.
• Project negotiation and Grant Agreement preparation.
• Project management.
• Organisation of project-related international events, such as project meetings and transferable skills courses for young scientists.
• Financial, administrative and activity reporting.
• Interaction with EU Commission and REA officers for grant and consortium agreements, amendments, aob.

He is currently involved in the management of several PEOPLE (FP7) and MSCA (H2020) funded projects, one FP7 Collaborative Project (ADITEC) and one H2020 Research and Innovation Action (HEP-CAR).
