Vivienne Parry

Vivienne Parry is a British science writer and broadcaster.  She works
principally for the BBC but also writes for a wide range of newspapers and
magazines including the Times and Guardian. She is Vice Chairman of Council
of UCL, is a member of the Medical Research Council's governing body and was
recently awarded the OBE for services to the public understanding of
science.  For 8 years, she was the lay member on the JCVI, an independent
scientific group that advises the UK Government on vaccination.
